At a private tasting with your Chef, you will create and
customize a one-of-a-kind menu to astonish your guests.
From a fabulous array of our Executive Chef-prepared cuisine,
your final menu choices will include three Butler-passed
Hors d’oeuvres, Dinner salad, Two Entrées,
Two Sides, Bread & Butter; creatively prepared and
beautifully presented for buffet service. Coffee and tea
will be served with the celebratory cake as the final,
finishing touch. |

We believe a wedding cake should taste every bit as good
as it looks! To that end, we offer a wide selection of
flavors, fillings, frostings and designs from which to
choose. Your baker will present a personal “tasting”
cake to sample as you describe and design your perfect
wedding cake. |
 BEVERAGE
SERVICE
For the first party that you will host as Husband and
Wife, we will provide a four or five-hour open bar offering
a selection of water, soda, beer and wine and the traditional
champagne toast. |

To set just the right tone, for just the right crowd,
we offer a variety of DJ personalities to help coordinate
and orchestrate your ceremony & post-ceremony Gala. |
 FRESH
FLORALS
A wedding is not a wedding without the soft scent of fresh
flowers. Bouquets for the Bride, one to keep and one to
toss; bouquets for the Bridesmaids (3); boutonnieres for
the Groom and Groomsmen (4); corsages (4) and boutonnieres
(4) for those closest to the Bride and Groom. Flowers
for the cake and rose petals for the flower girl. |
 PHOTOGRAPHY
Using a combination of traditional, contemporary, and
photojournalistic styles, your photographer will provide
up to six hours of continuous coverage to capture each
unforgettable moment. In addition to all proofs, you will
receive a 30 page, custom designed and matted Renaissance
Album including your selection of prints in choices of
color, sepia and black & white. To break the ice prior
to your wedding, your photographer will host an engagement
photo session. One 8 x 10 photograph of
your choice will be matted 16 x 20 and mounted for display
at your reception. |
 OFFICIANT
To assume the responsibility of pronouncing you Husband
and Wife, a non-denominational minister will be provided
to personalize and design the "I Do's" of your
dreams. |
