Stonebridge Manor Real Wedding

Lauryn & Brandon

October 1, 2016

At the beginning of the planning process at Stonebridge Manor, we sit down with our newly engaged couples to discuss the vision for their wedding day. We often times begin the planning with a blank canvas, and we are constantly dazzled with all of the creative, unique, and personal touches our brides and grooms dream up!

Lauryn and Brandon were married October 1st, 2016, in the beautiful Garden Pavilion. From the ceremony, to the reception decor, the cake, the dress and all of the details in between, Lauryn & Brandon’s day was filled with classic, sophisticated elegance, and lots and lots of love.

From the bride, Lauryn, on how she & Brandon began their journey together:

“You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is better than your dreams.”

– Dr. Seuss

Every day we spend together is always a new and exciting adventure filled with lots of love and laughter. Our story began as a high school crush that turned into a forever love. Most never forget their first love and we’re lucky to say that we got to marry ours. unspecified-1

Our journey to the alter of course all started with the proposal. I said “YES!” on New Year’s Day 2016 at Papago Mountain Park. Picture one of those beautiful Arizona sunsets that paints the sky pink and orange. Crispy winter air, rose petals scattered across the desert floor and the man of your dreams embracing your hands. From that moment 2016 was no longer just another year but the year that I would get to marry my best friend.

October 1st came in a blink of an eye. Love and excitement was in the air and it was time to see all of our planning come to life. All we can say is that it was the best day of our lives. The Venue and details were flawless and the vendors we got to work with did such an amazing job.  It also meant the world to have all our family and friends celebrate with us.

Lauryn and Brandon’s vision for their wedding day came together beautifully! Using whimsical fonts, pops of pink and gold, and personalized images L&B incorporated a cohesive design into each detail of the day! Check out the invitations and the glittering envelope! We feel the love already.

Gold, gold, and more gold! An abundance of this rich metallic could be found throughout the Garden Pavilion reception. A perfectly balanced mix of elevated floral arrangements and floating candle centerpieces create a royal garden feel while casting the Pavilion in a warm glow.

Taking a closer look at Lauryn & Brandon’s head table, we find it draped in a gold sequin runner, complete with transparent gold rimmed chargers and two-toned, black on black napkins for a little added drama!

Next, let’s talk cake! We’re wishing for just one more bite of these adorable bundt cakes! What a fun alternative to the traditional wedding cake.

And since it’s still relatively warm in Arizona in October, why not surprise your guests with your very own gelato cart!
